I requested that someone inspect my basement for water leaking into the basement and give me an estimate of what it would cost to correct the problem. Brendan Byham did the inspection and estimation. Brendan arrived early and did a very thorough inspection of the basement and the outside of the house. He reviewed his findings with me and the options that I had to stop the leakage. Brendan went over his recommended option and explained why he felt it was the best option. He was very professional and courteous during the whole process.
