Bakers waterproofing is excellent. Weve used them since **** and are happy with all results. Our almost 9-year old sump pump quit working after a 25-hour power outage last week. Today, *************************** came and did a thorough cleaning of it and got it working again. He was so helpful in answering all our questions. Baker’s Waterproofing did a great job installing a sump pump & basement waterproofing system. Their crew was very professional and extremely efficient. A two-day project turned into a one-day project as they sent extra guys out; this was super helpful to us, by freeing up the second day. Before this project, everyone told me how dusty/dirty this installation could be, but Bakers did a great job cleaning up, as well. I highly recommend them! The team of Theron and Roger just completed the installation of sump pump, battery, channel and pipe system at my home. These gentlemen were punctual, professional, kind and encouraged questions from me and were happy to explain everything. They were respectful of me and my property and cleaned the driveway prior to leaving for the day. The project was originally proposed in a different way; upon walking through , Theron the foreman re-evaluated the options and I agreed to the changes which also were able to be accomplished without moving the hot water tank and laundry tubs and other extra work. Theron also adjusted the contract and price which then saved me money. His action spoke volumes of great customer service. First and foremost, excellent customer service was exemplified by both Theron and Roger introducing themselves and extending their hands to shake mine upon arrival. They did an awesome and professional job and I highly recommend them if you are in need of such a project in your home.

We had a system installed by Baker's Waterproofing 3 years ago. It has functioned perfectly. We purchased an annual maintenance plan and that has paid off–John Beck was our Service Tech this visit and he was top-notch. John was very detailed, organized and he spotted a failure with our back up pump and replaced it. He was meticulous with cleaning the system, and didn't leave a spec of dust behind him when he left. We are very satisfied with Baker's.
