I was impressed-Jon and Mike were very prompt. They were good about protecting our floors and cleaning up after themselves. They did a nice job at install-clean, neat and professional job. They were helpful and answered my questions. They kept working without taking breaks and I don't know if they even ate lunch! If they did it was not a long break. You don't see that don't see that often. They took pride in their work.

I really wanted your company to know what an excellent job your men did in my basement. The bright wall they put up brightened my whole basement. It was because of Chris that we signed with Bakers. We liked his presentation; he was very professional and we thought him to be trustworthy. Ken explained every day what work was completed and prepared us to plan for the next day of installation.

Baker's was able to send Chris within a few days of my call. He was very thorough, polite and knowledgeable. He was honest in his assessment of my water issues and tried to set my expectations for the solution.
