Proudly Serving Greensburg, Washington, Bethel Park & Nearby!

Leading up to the holidays, Baker's Waterproofing raised funds for local families in need.
Two years ago, Brian Baker, the Owner and President, implemented our Because We Care (BWC) program. BWC keeps us involved within our local communities to help those in need, whether it be an organization, local family, or fellow employee.
Towards the end of 2017, Chris Trump, one of our Service Technicians, proposed that we start a 50/50 raffle. Half of the proceeds would be donated to local families that could use the help this holiday season. To accomplish this goal, we contacted The Church of the Covenant in Washington, PA to help us to find an organization that would greatly benefit from our donation.
Two weeks prior to our 2017 annual company meeting, we spread the word to every individual employed at Baker's. At our meeting in December, we announced the opportunity for everyone in attendance to join us in our goal to give back to the local community. Following our luncheon, Brian Baker announced that our collective effort raised about $400!
How We Helped Our Community
The Church of the Covenant used half of the proceeds to deliver Christmas gifts to 8 families residing at The Turning Point Home.
The Turning Point is a residential treatment facility that continues to aid and support women in their recovery. We are happy to have provided some holiday cheer to these families this past Christmas!
"We, at The Church of the Covenant, would like to express our appreciation to you and all of the folks at Baker's Waterproofing for partnering with us to make their Christmas a little brighter."
Our staff at Baker's Waterproofing was delighted with the families' appreciation, and wish them all the best in their recovery!
