A homeowner in Davidsville, PA noticed a bowing wall with a large horizontal crack. After his in-depth research, he knew he wanted to stabilize the wall with carbon fiber straps, so it would not get worse over time.

A homeowner in the Davidsville area was experiencing a bowed wall under his front porch. The wall bowed 3/4 of an inch and developed a horizontal crack along the foundation.

A Connellsville, PA garage was severely in need of foundation repair. Two of the walls contained large horizontal cracks and were bowing 3 inches in the worst area. Homeowner Joe called Baker’s in fear of the wall potentially collapsing altogether. We stabilized the wall by applying 8 vertical steel beams called PowerBraces to each side.

As a part of Jeff and Ashley’s waterproofing system our BrightWall panelingwere mechanically fastened to their basement walls. These white semi-rigid plastic panels are specially designed to block water from coming through walls. Any water attempting to come into the basement will be directed downwards into the WaterGuard drainage track installed below. They were able to be fitted to the wall, even around the installed wall anchor seen in the corner.
A realtor in Morgantown was searching for a foundation repair solution. A foundation wall was slightly bowed, greatly decreasing overall home value. Eight of our Geo-Lock Wall Anchors provided the solution that this realtor required. The 12'' by 28'' wall plate is connected to our 16'' by 16'' galvanized earth anchor in stable soils by a 12-foot galvanized steel rod. The wall is now fully stabilized, plus, overtime, the anchors can be tightened to return the wall back to its original position!

In Manor PA we Baker's repaired the bowing foundation by installing GeoLock wall anchors. The anchors were installed by inserting steel earth plates into the soil of the yard, approx. 10 ft. from the foundation. Then our crew drilled 1" holes to push steel piers out to the earth plates in the yard. Lastly, wall plates were bolted to the foundation. This connection holds the wall in place and can potentially straighten the wall back to its original position over time. Our foundation repair system comes with a 25 year manufactures warranty.
As part of the waterproofing system installed in this Harrison City, PA basement, our patented SuperSump sump pump was installed in the rear corner. This sump is now properly in place within the concrete floor and is ready to move large quantities of water quickly outside of the basement to a downspout. After having a good experience with Baker’s at their Washington location, Guardian Storage called us when they had a leak along the rear wall of their Irwin, PA facility. We prevented the water infiltration by installing a basement drain to collect water from coming through the foundation called WaterGuard, a SuperSump sump pump that moves water outside at a rate 2,500 gallons of water per hour, and a vapor barrier liner called CleanSpace that protects the wall from further water damage and leakage.
An Irwin, PA resident wanted to purchase a house originally built in the 1960s. However, she discovered a serious foundation problem that she wanted to remedy before move-in day.

The coating comes with a basecoat and topcoat to waterproof the porch that can be purchasd in either Vehicular or Pedestrian traffic forms. In Vandergrift, Pennsylvania we applied our BrightWall vapor barrier system to the dirty mold prone basement walls. These semi-rigid panels were mechanically fastened to the wall. Unlike other solutions like sealants or paint that easily chip, our panels are 100% waterproof so they will not become damaged due to excessive water exposure. In Scenery Hill an attached garage was having excessive puddling along the foundation and footer towards the back wall and corner. We placed a waterproof semi-rigid barrier along the foundation to block seepage, our patented WaterGuard drain against the foundation, and a cast-iron sump pump to move water to the outside. All 3 products will protect the space from water for years to come.
