On of our neighbors who knew of the Baker's reputation suggested that we contact you. I read the basement waterproofing book that was sent to us from cover to cover and the products and installation processes made sense to me. We did not contact any local waterproofing companies because they just seemed to be second rate in terms of products and experience. We waited for a while for the job to be completed but it was worth it.

I couldn't believe how clean the left everything, for only two of them and all of the grinding and such they had to do, the basement was definitely cleaner when they left than before they came. They also took a ton of care in going through and attaching our down spout, including putting our fence back and everything. i was very impressed and will be definitely be recommending Bakers due to this fact alone....

Now, this part of the house is moisture-free and a much cleaner space!
We installed our patented WaterGuard french drain in the Wesley United Methodist Church in Kingwood WV against the foundation. WaterGuard is a sub-floor drain that is installed with minimal invasion to the floor; it is designed with a wall flange that is 3/8 of an inch which catches water running down the foundation wall, as well as water coming through the floor. Once concrete has cured the floor is restored and the drain is hardly noticeable. WaterGuard comes with a Lifetime Transferable Waaranty.
