The crew was awesome. On time, worked diligently and left my basement and yard in great shape. Also explained to me what they did. And, what we need to do. Our crew foreman was Dave Allen. We recommend him and his crew for the WOW service award!

We are very pleased with the work accomplished by Foreman, Dave Allen and his crew. They did a very neat job under difficult circumstances. Our yard had limestone deposits along with heavy clay that made drilling and anchor placement challenging. Dave was persistent and the finished product shows the concern he took to do a good job. Thank you.

Dave has worked on our production team for over 7 years.
He has years of experience as a production leader and equipment operator. Special training includes lockout-tagout (LOTO), a safety procedure that ensures heavy-duty machinery is properly shut off throughout maintenance. He also completed a 50-hour Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) training in CPR and First-Aid.
The best part of Dave’s job is working with fellow crewmen and providing exceptional service to create the best customer experiences. At every home, he makes sure his crew is performing at their best to get the project done correctly and in a timely manner. A 70 foot horizontal crack developed along a foundation wall due to extreme outside pressure. The homeowner also noticed the walls were bowing inwards. They didn't hesitate to find a professional that could permanently stabilize the structure. Our Geo-Lock wall anchor system was the perfect solution for this house in Morgantown, WV!
While our crew was repairing the cracked foundation (photo gallery + case study links below), they also replaced these old, rusted, debris-covered window wells with our SunHouse window wells.
Our window wells have clear covers and brightly colored bottom and sides to maximize the sunlight directed into this basement for a brighter, more attractive space. Meanwhile, the plastic cover keeps out dirt and debris!
We permanently stabilized the retaining wall that supports property with 2 Bentleyville, PA businesses, a Chinese restaurant and pharmacy.
The wall had bowed inwards about 1 inch at the most. Our Geo-Lock wall anchor system is a permanent solution that immediately restored the wall's structural integrity.
A Leechburg, PA homeowner wanted to repair his bowing, wet foundation walls before it continued to get any worse than it already was.
Our team of experts installed our Geo-Lock wall anchor system and complete waterproofing system to fix this imperfect foundation. The homeowner can rest assured that our state-of-the-art solutions returned the foundation's structural integrity and dried up the basement!
A homeowner recently moved into a house in Bethel Park. She plans to quickly flip the house, so she had to address the water leaking through the foundation walls.
Our crew was still in the process of installing our unique drainage system, which is now barely visible. Here, they attached our CleanSpace vapor barrier on the wall, a bright, durable system that can be installed in less than 1 day. Now, the wall is ready for finishing!
A Pittsburgh, PA homeowner was experiencing serious foundation problems, so we installed our proven waterproofing and foundation repair solutions.
Our Foreman, Dave Allen, and his crew permanently stabilized the bowing, cracking foundation walls with our wall anchor systems. This included our Geo-Lock wall anchor system and Geo-Lock channel anchor system, which both provide the opportunity for the walls to be straightened over time.
As you can see, the walls experienced serious water damage. This damp basement became an ideal environment for mold, so it was imperative that we addressed this concerning health issue as well. At a later date, another crew (led by Jon Mitchell) installed our WaterGuard below-floor drain, TripleSafe sump pump system (including an UltraSump battery back-up pump), CleanSpace wall vapor barrier, SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, and, on the home's exterior, LawnScape underground discharge outlet.
Now, this family can have peace of mind that their foundation has regained its structural integrity AND is finally a dry, healthy living space!
The owner of an apartment complex in Weirton, WV was experiencing water leakage in one of his garages. He noticed the water problem persisted every time there was a heavy rain. Our production crew installed our unique drainage systems, which connected to a 20-foot lead line. Our foreman, Dave Allen, and his crew led our waterproofing solutions into the floor drain in his garage. All water will channel through our drains, into his floor drain, and away from the foundation through the storm system in his back parking lot.
