This Indiana, PA 2 car garage had water leakage due to cracks in the concrete floor. This was definitely becoming a nuisance for homeowner Jin who used his garage on a daily basis. Baker’s Waterproofing waterproofed the floor using an ElastoMeric coating that when applied gives the floor a waterproofing seal. This coating is specifically designed for vehicle traffic so the coating will not break or become damaged.
This Delmont, PA basement had up to 2 inches of water flooding into the space when it would rain, and very damp walls which was causing paint to chip and even mold growth. We installed a patented solution to this problem. We installed our WaterGuard sub-floor drain within the floor of the perimeter with a SuperSump sump pump. These two components will block and reroute water from flooding into the basement. Lastly we applied a vapor barrier called CleanSpace. CleanSpace is a durable liner that protects walls from any further water damages.
Richard of California PA had recently noticed cracking along both the interior and exterior walls of his basement. We determined that the wall was bowing and had 6 GeoLock wall anchors installed to stabilize the foundation. After the anchors were installed Richard was also given a tightening kit that he will use over time to attempt to straighten the wall back to its' original position.
Homeowner Dave of Irwin PA had water seeping into his basement from his porch through windows and the floor ceiling. The water was damaging his walls, causing mold to grow. Because of this we applied a plastic rigid barrier called BrightWall. BrightWall is a white paneling system that is mechanically fastened to the wall. The system blocks water from entering the basement through cracks. The panels are 100% so they will never warp or rot. This is a great solution over other remedies like paint or sealants that easily chip.
A basement with a sandstone foundation had water seeping in along right basement wall which was disturbing the floor and walls. Homeowner’s Bob and Donna were looking to retire and sell their home, and needed a basement waterproofing contractor to fix their Mckeesport home. They wanted a dry area that could be converted into a finished living space. Baker’s installed a french drain along the right wall, a sump pump system, and a durable barrier liner called CleanSpace to the wall. The basement is now dry, and ready to be converted into a finished area.
As a part of Carl of McKeesport‘s waterproofing system, he had our patented TripleSafe sump pump installed. This is by far our most efficient and reliable pump allowing for maxium water dispersion. The TripleSafe contains 3 pumps in 1, ensuring that your basement will remain dry under all circumstances. The first 2 pumps, the Zoeller M-53 and the Zoeller M-98 ½ hp together can pump 6,200 gallons of water out of your basement per hour since they have 2 separate discharge lines. The third pump, The Ultra Sump, is battery operated and works if the power fails to the Zoeller pumps.
Just east of Pittsburgh in Monroeville PA, we were able to level the sunken concrete slabs making up a homeowner’s sidewalk with our patented PolyLEVEL system. PolyLEVEL consists of a lightweight polyurethane foam that is inserted underneath concrete through small penny sized holes. The foam expands, and raises the slab back to its original position. On average the installation process lasts less than 1 day. No more trip hazards!

Wall stability is our specialty, and has been for over 40 years. We restored the wall with CarbonArmor, the same technology used by the US Department for Defense to repair bridges and skyscrapers.
In Venetia, Pennsylvania was experiencing water along the perimeter of the foundation walls. The old sump pump was not up for the task of pumping the water out of the basement and water was accumulating along the perimeter.
Our crew installed WaterGuard Below-Floor drainage system to direct water to a new SuperSump pump system capable of pumping out 2,500 gallons of moisture per hour.
In Oakmont PA homeowner Michael had our SuperSump sump pump installed in his basement as a part of his waterproofing system. All of our sump pumps come from Zoeller a company that his been in business since 1939 providing the best sump pumps on the market to cusomters around the world. Additionally since the walls were rather porous we applied BrightWall panels to protect from water leakage and that can potentially allow mold to grow.
Homeowners Chris and Candice were planning on staying within their home located in Bethel Park Pennsylvania. To ease the concerns of these homeowners our sales advisor Tom visited the couple to assess and address the waterproofing unsettling feeling within the basement.
Tom proposed installation of WaterGuard. This drainage system involves removing a section of the basement flooring, creating a trench on a bed of gravel and loose rock, resistant to clogging. This dainage system is connected directly to the SuperSump pump system ensuring that water cannot collect around the basement foundation. This system along with the UltraSump battery back up will protect their basement even during power failures.
In this Natrona Heights, PA finished basement we were able to fit our sub-floor WaterGuard drain behind the staircase. This drain which is installed flush with the floor is designed to keep the basement dry of water leakage into the basement along the both the floor and wall. The drain is installed with minimal disturbance. Once the concrete over the drain is dry, the interior french drain is hardly noticeable.
If water seepage is significantly heavy, we highly recommend a TripleSafe sump system to withstand flooding water. The TripleSafe, exclusive to only Baker’s in this area, contains 2 Zoeller powered motors that have the capacity to move 6,200 gallons of water per hour out of a basement. It also comes with a battery generator to ensure the system works even during power shortages. The TripleSafe is the most reliable sump to keep your basement dry ALL the time.
This basement located in Bethel Park, Pennsylvania needed some sprucing up as well as product to prevent water from collecting along the walls. The homeowner was unwilling to let the water collect along the walls and create a moldy environment so she decided to contact the guys at Bakers.
Our crew installed Brightwall paneling, a wall panel system that is 100% waterproof and unable to grow mold. Also installed was a SuperSump pump system to remove moisture within this space.
In this Pittsburgh, PA basement used for storage, Baker’s Waterproofing was able to place our WaterGuard sub-floor drain along the perimeter of the basement. As you can see, the basement drain was able to fit around the stairs and along the wall. The drain is laid down incrementally so it is able to be installed around tight corners easily. We highly recommend WaterGuard for its minimally invasive placement within the floor and it’s resistance to clogging. Most interior drains are placed under the footer where they tend to clog with mud. Once the drain is in place, concrete will be applied over to restore the basement’s floor.

In Brentwood PA a homeowner wanted to install waterproof floor tiles to protect the area from moisture around his shower. We installed our patented ThermalDry floor tiling system. ThermalDry flooring is designed to hold back water vapor and humidity. The slight elevation off of the dirt floor, creates airspace which allows water vapor to circulate underneath and dry out. Therefore, water and moisture cannot enter into the home's basement.

The backup pump creates a system that will work even in the result of a power failure, to keep this basement dry.
