This Kingwood basement added 3 ft. of our TrenchDrain in front of their basement door. This grated drain is used to prevent water from coming through entrances of garages, doors, and staircases. It works alongside our interior drainage system, directing water into WaterGuard.
Our Geo-Lock wall anchors were installed to restore this bowing wall. The wall had cracked in the center and needed to be stabilized. After the anchors were installed we applied our 20 ml thick CleanSpace plastic liner overtop. The liner was installed to protect against any further water damage.
A realtor office located in Morgantown West Virginia had a wet, musty and leaking crawl space that needed to be repaired before it could be sold. To ease the concern of the property owner Service Advisor Shawn suggested the installation of a vapor barrier that would encapsulate the space from the dirt floor and porous foundation. The encapsulation system uses CleanSpace liner, which is similar in nature to a pool liner, to provide a safe area to hold storage.

These photos show the before and after of a concrete slab porch in Irwin PA that was leaking water into the basement area below. We protected the porch by applying our patented ElastoMeric coating. Arlene of Waynesburg PA noticed stair-step cracking on the interior walls of her basement. This was a red flag! After further inquiry she had noticed that the back wall was bowing. We were able to stabilize the foundation by installing our GeoLock wall anchors. This anchoring system holds the wall in place, preventing any further movement. Additionally with a tightening kit, the wall can potentially be straightened back to normal over time by the homeowner.
Marcie had our patented CleanSpace wall liner applied to ensure that water would not come through cracks into her basement. The 20ml thick liner diverts water downwards into the WaterGuard drainage track. The liner is also a great asset to have if you have the intention of finishing your basement, since drywall can be easily applied over top.
A couple was in the process of selling their Bethel Park, PA home, but needed to fix the water problem in their basement before they could even think about placing the house on the market. Both harmful and unsightly, we addressed the mold issue by installing our CleanSpace Wall System, interior French drainage system, and sump pump system. Our mold-resistant CleanSpace vapor barrier has anti-microbial protection called UltraFresh built right in. Plus, it brightens up the basement with an attractive, new look!
To prevent the excessive dampness, Baker’s applied CleanSpace vapor barrier along the dirt floor and 3 ft. high block foundation. We placed SmartJack steel piers to stabilize the foundation from sinking. The area is now safe and ready to hold storage in this Tarentum PA crawl space.
Previous customer of Bakers, Bruce needed another solution to reroute water entering his garage. Our crews have already installed a SuperSump sump pump within the garage but now Bruce is in need of downspout extensions to divert any moisture/water entering this space.
This is a look into the before and after of homeowner Justin's waterproofing system. The before photo shows our WaterGuard drain right after it was embedded in the created trench. The after photo shows the layer of concrete that was poured over top once it was installed so to restore the floor. The unique design of the drain easily rests on top of the footer against the wall, collecting any water attempting to enter the basement. Our patented SuperSump pump is also in view. This reliable pump can move 2,650 gallons of water per hour out of a home.
In the laundry room of a Pittsburgh, PA basement we removed the paneling to give access to the porous block foundation walls. Block foundations are like sponges to absorbing moisture from the surrounding earth. Because of this, we applied a vapor barrier liner to protect the paneling from becoming damaged using CleanSpace. Cleanpsace is a 20 ml thick white liner (similar to a pool liner) that is hung to fit foundational walls. It will block wall leakage from disturbing the space and protect from future mold growth. Later the paneling will be applied over the liner to restore the finished basement.
Service Advisor Shawn visited this Shaler Twp. resident to assess the water & structural activity within her basement. After examination of her window wells as well as the entire basement; Shawn informed Bonnie that she had a significant bow on her basement wall. In Allison Park, PA this crawl space had bowing walls that were pushing inwardly in the middle; note the large horizontal crack along the wall. We repaired the wall by installing rust resistant vertical steel beams called PowerBraces. This repair system is great for homes that do not have access to the exterior. They will also provide the opportunity of straightening the wall over time with a tightening kit.

In Butler PA homeowner Sandy had a bowed wall in her basement. After the free estimate we determined that the best solution would be able to apply our patented CarbonArmor straps since we did not have access to the exterior side of the wall. The straps hold the wall in place preventing any further movement. This same technology is used by the US Department of Defense, Army Corp of Engineers, and aerospace engineers to reinforce skyscrapers, bomb shelters, and bridges around the world. On top of the straps we also applied our CleanSpace plastic liner that protects from water damage. Later, drywall can be applied over the liner.
