The homeowner was concerned about the mold in her home, so we encapsulated the area with our CleanSpace crawl space vapor barrier. The liner plus additional proven products improved the health and overall feel of the entire home!
A 70 foot horizontal crack developed along a foundation wall due to extreme outside pressure. The homeowner also noticed the walls were bowing inwards. They didn't hesitate to find a professional that could permanently stabilize the structure. Our Geo-Lock wall anchor system was the perfect solution for this house in Morgantown, WV!
A homeowner located in Jeannette, PA had a finished basement with a bowing foundation. A professional from Bakers Waterproofing came down to personally asses the home and found that the best solution would be the installation of Geo-Lock Wall Anchors. These specialized anchors are attached to the wall and tightened over time to straighten the bowing and unstable structure. On top of the anchors, neutral wall covers were placed.
The products installed in the basement of The Roscoe Methodist Church consisted of installing our WaterGuard sub-floor drain along the perimeter flush with the floor, a sump pump system called the SuperSump, and a durable vapor barrier liner called CleanSpace. In the before and after photos you can see that the concrete over the drain has cured to restore the floor, and the sump pump has been properly assembled.
If substantial water is entering through the basement door we highly recommend a grated TrenchDrain. TrenchDrain will collect water and take it to the WaterGuard perimeter drain where it will then be pumped outside of the home. The drain can also be placed in front of staircases and even garage entrances too.
This home located in McMurray, Pennsylvania was having a lot of issues with water seeping into their basement. In order to remedy the situation, a crew from Bakers installed a new WaterGuard drainage system as well as the SuperSump sump pump to avoid water accumulation. They also installed the easy to clean BrightWall waterproof wall panels to give the space a new clean look and to prevent any future wall damage caused by water coming in.

The Gate of Heaven Church of God and Christ located in Monessen, Pennsylvania needed a waterproofing system installed in the kitchen area of their basement. Baker’s Waterproofing installed a french drain, a sump pump system, and a vapor barrier liner called CleanSpace. All of these products will prevent water puddling and condensation along the foundation walls and floor.
In Daisytown PA the homeowner had a block foundation that was leaking water onto the floor. With the intention of finishing the basement Baker’s applied ThermalDry wall insulation to the foundation. The liner insulates the space by reflecting heat and wall also prevent water from seeping onto the floor by pushing water down into the also installed WaterGuard sub-floor drain. This is a great asset for any basement that is finished.
Ductmate Industries located in Charleroi Pennsylvania needed a waterproofing system installed in their unfinished basement area at their corporate headquarters. A key part of this system was a grated trench drain that is visible in the after photo. This grated drain was placed in front of the door to collect excess water from entering through the door. TrenchDrain is a great asset to have in front of entrances to stair cases, doors, and even in front of garages. Our CleanSpace wall vapor barrier system and WaterGuard drain are also visible in the photo.
A basement with a stone foundation was in taking heavy amounts of water. We installed our signature low-key solution. We installed an interior drain around the basement's perimeter with a connected sump pump system called the SuperSump. After noticing that water was beginning to damage the walls, we applied a durable vapor barrier liner called CleanSpace. CleanSpace can be applied practically to any type of foundation and will block wall leakage from seeping onto the floor. It will also protect against future mold growth.
Homeowners Kathryn & Paul of Richeyville had 30 ft. of our patented LawnScape downspout extensions installed as an additional product to their waterproofing system. The extensions which are located underground, directs the outlet of water further away from the home instead of directly up against the home's foundation.
In the basement of this Elizabeth, PA basement we mechanically fastened these white panels to the wall as a part of this homeowner’s waterproofing system. Block foundation walls are like sponges to extracting moisture from the soil, and need a protective vapor barrier in place. The white panels are designed to block wall leakage from entering the space and will direct water down into the also installed WaterGuard sub-floor drain. Not to mention they greatly improve the overall look of the basement!
While our crew was repairing the cracked foundation (photo gallery + case study links below), they also replaced these old, rusted, debris-covered window wells with our SunHouse window wells.
Our window wells have clear covers and brightly colored bottom and sides to maximize the sunlight directed into this basement for a brighter, more attractive space. Meanwhile, the plastic cover keeps out dirt and debris!
A Clarksburg, WV laundry room had water infiltration along the side wall of the basement where the washer and dryer sat causing potentially hazardous damage. Baker’s Waterproofing installed our WaterGuard interior French drain along that same wall on top of the footer with a SuperSump sump pump. This waterproofing system will collect water and take it to an outside downspout.
In New Eagle PA a homeowner had a crawl space covered with our Cleanspace vapor barrier. The 20ml thick liner will protect the surface from water damage. Below the liner, we also placed our patented WaterGuard sub-floor drain that will lead to a sump pump to move infiltrating water to the outside. All products will keep this crawl space dry for years to come!
We permanently stabilized the retaining wall that supports property with 2 Bentleyville, PA businesses, a Chinese restaurant and pharmacy.
The wall had bowed inwards about 1 inch at the most. Our Geo-Lock wall anchor system is a permanent solution that immediately restored the wall's structural integrity.
As a part of Dennis’ waterproofing system our patented SuperSump was installed. This pump is the result of years of research to creating the uniquely designed pump that is the Super! Unlike other pumps which are made of plastic, this cast iron pump can withstand high heating levels, and is resistant to clogging, with the ability of pumping out ½” solids. The Super can also move 2,650 gallons of water per hour out of your home.
Our Bright Wall paneling system is also visuable in the after photo. The panels were mechanically fastened to the wall, acting as a vapor barrier.
Bill of Bethel Park PA was in need of fixing his leaky basement. What you see here is the interior drain that was installed along the wall. Our unique system allows for the drain to be placed above the home’s footer, installed flush with the floor. Once it was installed concrete was poured over the drain to fully restore the floor to how it was originally.
Since substantial water was traveling under the door of the garage, we placed a grated TrenchDrain. This drain is designed to withstand traffic flow and will collect water and take it to the WaterGuard drain. TrenchDrain can also be placed in front of basement staircases and basement doors.
In Pittsburgh, PA homeowner Andrea needed to prevent water from entering her basement so that she could finally finish and install carpet. To make this dream come true we installed our perimeter WaterGuard sub-floor drain with a SuperSump that contained an air tight lid. The drain and sump are both install under the floor which allows for carpet or tile to be applied over later on. Additionally since the walls were rather porous we applied CleanSpace vapor liner to prevent wall leakage. Afterwards drywall can be applied over. All of these products allow Andrea to finish her basement!

A Mount Lebanon home had a bowed wall that needed repaired. Baker’s Waterproofing determined that our most recommended wall restoration system, GeoLock wall anchors were unusable since the exterior yard was technically owned by neighbors. Instead we were effectively able to repair and stabilize the bowing basement wall with Carbon Armor straps. Carbon Armor is 10x stronger than steel and is the same technology used by engineers to repair skyscrapers, bomb shelters, and bridges.
A homeowner in Allegheny County recently found a small water leak in the basement. This leak only is noticeable during heavy rains, but the water that came through the foundation soaked and ruined the carpet. Not too long after, the homeowner called Baker's Waterproofing.
We installed our proven waterproofing system to address the issue. This included the installation of our unique below-floor drain. After placing the drain in a small trench at the floor-wall joint, we poured new concrete, which will dry with the existing concrete floor. Additionally, we attached our 100% waterproof wall system on the leaking walls to help catch moisture and direct it into the drain below. Plus, the wall system dramatically improved the basement appearance.
Our LawnScape drain was placed in a trench of this Washington, PA exterior yard. The drain is connected to the homeowner’s downspout which is the exit point of water coming from the sump pump installed in the basement. The drain is intended to redirect the flow of water further away from the home so that water does not simply reenter the basement causing more problems.
Joanne of Washington PA had a window well that was leaking down into her basement. Water was damaging her drywall paneling and carpeted floor. Service Advisor Justin Lowden had the old window well replaced with our SunHouse system.

Service Advisor Justin Lowden proposed installing 5 GeoLock wall anchors to restore the side bowing wall of this McMurray PA home. GeoLock anchors are our most recommended method to restoring bowing or tipping walls. Once in place the wall was safely stabilized. A tightening kit was also given to the homeowner which will be used over time to attempt to straighten the wall back to its original position.
In Mckees Rocks PA we repaired the bowing foundation with 7 CarbonArmor straps. The straps are 10x stronger than steel and are designed prevent further structural damage. The wall is stabile!

The crew applied our Elastomeric coating to seal off the concrete surface and prevent water from leaking into the room below.
