A homeowner located in Jeannette, PA had a finished basement with a bowing foundation. A professional from Bakers Waterproofing came down to personally asses the home and found that the best solution would be the installation of Geo-Lock Wall Anchors. These specialized anchors are attached to the wall and tightened over time to straighten the bowing and unstable structure. On top of the anchors, neutral wall covers were placed.
The products installed in the basement of The Roscoe Methodist Church consisted of installing our WaterGuard sub-floor drain along the perimeter flush with the floor, a sump pump system called the SuperSump, and a durable vapor barrier liner called CleanSpace. In the before and after photos you can see that the concrete over the drain has cured to restore the floor, and the sump pump has been properly assembled.

The Gate of Heaven Church of God and Christ located in Monessen, Pennsylvania needed a waterproofing system installed in the kitchen area of their basement. Baker’s Waterproofing installed a french drain, a sump pump system, and a vapor barrier liner called CleanSpace. Ductmate Industries located in Charleroi Pennsylvania needed a waterproofing system installed in their unfinished basement area at their corporate headquarters. A key part of this system was a grated trench drain that is visible in the after photo. This grated drain was placed in front of the door to collect excess water from entering through the door. TrenchDrain is a great asset to have in front of entrances to stair cases, doors, and even in front of garages. Our CleanSpace wall vapor barrier system and WaterGuard drain are also visible in the photo.

Homeowners Kathryn & Paul of Richeyville had 30 ft. of our patented LawnScape downspout extensions installed as an additional product to their waterproofing system. The extensions which are located underground, directs the outlet of water further away from the home instead of directly up against the home's foundation.
In the basement of this Elizabeth, PA basement we mechanically fastened these white panels to the wall as a part of this homeowner’s waterproofing system. Block foundation walls are like sponges to extracting moisture from the soil, and need a protective vapor barrier in place. The white panels are designed to block wall leakage from entering the space and will direct water down into the also installed WaterGuard sub-floor drain. Not to mention they greatly improve the overall look of the basement!

Bill of Bethel Park PA was in need of fixing his leaky basement. What you see here is the interior drain that was installed along the wall. Our unique system allows for the drain to be placed above the home’s footer, installed flush with the floor. Once it was installed concrete was poured over the drain to fully restore the floor to how it was originally.
Since substantial water was traveling under the door of the garage, we placed a grated TrenchDrain. This drain is designed to withstand traffic flow and will collect water and take it to the WaterGuard drain. TrenchDrain can also be placed in front of basement staircases and basement doors.
In Pittsburgh, PA homeowner Andrea needed to prevent water from entering her basement so that she could finally finish and install carpet. To make this dream come true we installed our perimeter WaterGuard sub-floor drain with a SuperSump that contained an air tight lid. The drain and sump are both install under the floor which allows for carpet or tile to be applied over later on. A Mount Lebanon home had a bowed wall that needed repaired. Baker’s Waterproofing determined that our most recommended wall restoration system, GeoLock wall anchors were unusable since the exterior yard was technically owned by neighbors. Instead we were effectively able to repair and stabilize the bowing basement wall with Carbon Armor straps. Carbon Armor is 10x stronger than steel and is the same technology used by engineers to repair skyscrapers, bomb shelters, and bridges.
A homeowner in Allegheny County recently found a small water leak in the basement. This leak only is noticeable during heavy rains, but the water that came through the foundation soaked and ruined the carpet. Not too long after, the homeowner called Baker's Waterproofing.
We installed our proven waterproofing system to address the issue. This included the installation of our unique below-floor drain. After placing the drain in a small trench at the floor-wall joint, we poured new concrete, which will dry with the existing concrete floor. Additionally, we attached our 100% waterproof wall system on the leaking walls to help catch moisture and direct it into the drain below. Plus, the wall system dramatically improved the basement appearance.
Our LawnScape drain was placed in a trench of this Washington, PA exterior yard. The drain is connected to the homeowner’s downspout which is the exit point of water coming from the sump pump installed in the basement. The drain is intended to redirect the flow of water further away from the home so that water does not simply reenter the basement causing more problems.
