We researched the Yellow Pages and also used Home Advisor, or perhaps Yelp. 3 companies interviewed. #1 was awful. Sales Rep was a former used car salesman, and it showed; not very aware of the business. #2 was local and much more professional, but we needed another opinion. #3 was Bakers, and we discovered that friends in Pittsburgh (60 miles away) had used you and were very satisfied with the results. We received a comprehensive packet of information that we read in advance of the Sales Rep presentation. The Rep was very professional and answered all of our questions about his proposed solutions!

A vented dirt crawl space in Holbrook, PA failed to control groundwater leakage. The homeowner had placed a thin, plastic liner on top of the dirt floor and dehumidifier in hopes that this would solve the problem. Our crawl space solution transformed this previously flooded room into a healthy, stable part of the home!
Our crew removed all debris and heavy, large rocks out of the crawl space to install our CleanSpace drainage matting on the floor and encapsulate the entire area with our CleanSpace crawl space vapor barrier.
