David and Maryanne of Connellsville, PA had water entering their 33’x23’ basement frequently from the left and back wall. The couple also noticed mold forming in their 13’x 11’ crawl space. With these conditions they called Baker’s Waterproofing.
A design solution was conducted by Service Advisor Michael Richmond. To keep the basement protected 114 ft. of a sub-floor drain called WaterGuard against the perimeter was placed with a connected sump pump system called The SuperSump.
In the crawl space a durable white liner called CleanSpace was placed along the walls and floor. This liner is 20ml thick and highly resistant to tears and rips. It has a fighting agent called “UltraFresh" to prevent any future mold in the crawl space.
The project lasted 2 days.
