CleanSpace

The CleanSpace™ liner is used to isolate the home from the earth completely and permanently. Rather than having a dirt crawl space that is constantly filled with debris, bugs, mold and rot, the CleanSpace will ensure that your crawl space is clean and tidy - so much so, in fact, that it can be used for storage. It will also ensure that the air in your home is free of the hazards that come along with having a dirt crawl space - high allergy risks from contaminants such as mold.

Durability

The CleanSpace™ liner is a heavy material similar to a pool liner. It is manufactured in 7 layers - a blend of high density polyethylene, low density polyethylene, and two layers of polyester cord reinforcement. It is blue on one side and white on the other. The bright white finished side really brightens a crawl space with the available lighting and allows you to easily see that your crawl space is free of mold, and dirt.

The CleanSpace™ liner is tough enough for you to crawl on it and use your crawl space for storage; it is 20-mil thick  and will be installed on all of the floors and walls of your crawl space. The CleanSpace can also be used for special basements - dirt or clay basements,  basements that are made of the natural rock under the house and more specific problems like uneven concrete. Serviceman can crawl on it without worry of putting holes or tears in the liner. The liner minimizes moisture penetration. After it is put into your home, all moisture will actually stop passing through your crawl space into your home - from both the earth and condensation on your walls. If you combine it with our other crawl space protection products such as an airtight entry door, vent covers, and a sump pump, it will ensure that your crawl space or basement is completely cut off from exterior moisture.

Warranty

One of the best parts of the CleanSpace is that you don't have to take our word for it. The liner is warrantied for 25 years for all damage from normal wear and tear. No matter how many servicemen go in and out - or how many times you do to fill your crawl space or empty it, the liner will withstand it. Guaranteed.
