Once you have ensured that your basement waterproofing is complete, you may want to think about basement finishing. Baker's Waterproofing offers several walling systems for your basement that are both energy efficient and beautiful.

ThermalDry Wall System

ThermalDry Basement Wall system is one of the best steps to take to finish your basement. It will insulate your walls, redirecting the heat inwards to save you on your energy bills. The best part of this system is that it will allow condensation from your basement walls to reach your drainage system. The system will never rot or mold, either. ThermalDry walling has a reflective foil front - it is able to reflect 90% of the heat in your basement inwards which will save you on heating and cooling bills.

CleanSpace Basement Walls

If you have a stone basement, the Cleanspace is a heavy, durable plastic liner that works for basements as well as crawl spaces. It will provide a vapor barrier that won't rot and also can drain water behind it into your draintile system. your basement will be incredibly lighter and you won't need to worry about it tearing. This system can be placed in any basement - while it isn't as nice looking as our BrightWall Panels, it will improve the appearance of your basement and cost you about one third less.

BrightWall

The BrightWall system is our mid range wall system for your basement. Made of semi-rigid plastic, it will be installed on your basement walls and still allow water to run down into your drainage system. And since BrightWall panels are inorganic, it will stop the water from evaporating into the air in your basement - and never mold or rot.
