Tim Baker Baker's Waterproofing was founded in 1975 by Tim Baker. As the owner/operator of the company, Tim installed thousands of waterproofing and wall anchoring installations with his own hands. As the company grew, he personally trained each installation technician. He still occasionally gets his "hands dirty" when a difficult job or unusual installation occurs. This unique, valuable insight and experience assures homeowners they are getting the best solution available. Tim's training includes certification by Foundation Supportworks for foundation structural repairs and is certified as a "Master Waterproofing Professional" by Basement Systems® (One of only seven in the entire United States). Additional yearly training keeps Tim up to date with all the newest methods and products. As the owner, Tim manages all aspects of the business including training of personnel, sales and estimating, job scheduling, product inventory and project installations but he is never too busy to answer customer questions. Often, he will answer the phone when you call.

Brian Baker Being the son of the owner, Brian started working during summers as an installation helper at the young age of 13. Gaining experience each summer, he became valuable to the company for his hard work and his understanding of work procedures. After college graduation, he decided to work for the company full time. After 9 years experience and having installed over 700 jobs with his own hands, he was fully prepared to become a Service Advisor. Since 1995, Brian has consulted on and designed waterproofing and foundation repairs in thousands of homes. His installation experience and additional training at Basement Systems® Institute in Connecticut and Foundation Supportworks in Omaha gives him a great advantage when it comes to custom designing the best solution for your problem. Brian is one of the only Certified Waterproofing Professionals in the Tri-State area. Brian is also a certified Foundation Supportworks Foundation Repair Specialist. Additional yearly training keeps Brian up to date with all the newest methods and products.

Don Stiffler The owner of the company, Tim Baker (Don's father-in-law) recognized that Don is an honest, hard-working and very capable young man. Baker's Waterproofing is a family operated business and Don fit in perfectly in the organization. Having worked for a contractor supply business since his graduation from college, Don had a background in construction methods. Don has consulted on and designed waterproofing and foundation repairs in thousands of homes. His installation experience and additional training at Basement Systems Institute in Connecticut and Foundation Supportworks in Omaha gives him a great advantage when it comes to custom designing the best solution for your problem. Don is one of the only Certified Waterproofing Professionals in the Tri-State area. Don is also a Certified Foundation Supportworks Foundation Specialist. Additional yearly training keeps Don up to date with all the newest methods and products.

Chris Shrontz Chris has a great understanding about solving foundation and water problems. He brings a focused, intelligent approach to each job with which he is involved in and is a true professional. In 1988, Chris started with the company doing summer work while attending California University of PA. After graduation, he stayed with the company as a foreman, moved up to Production Manager and then was promoted to Service Advisor. Chris has been directly involved in thousands of solutions for foundation and water problems. Chris is one of the only Certified Waterproofing Professionals in the Tri-State area. Chris is also a certified Foundation Supportworks Foundation Specialist. Additional yearly training keeps Chris up to date with all the newest methods and products.

Mark Luba Mark has field experience having installed all of our foundation repair methods. These installations include crawlspace repair, waterproofing, wall anchoring, and piering systems. This hands-on experience and additional training at Basement Systems® Institute in Connecticut and Foundation Supportworks in Omaha gives Mark a great advantage when it comes to custom designing and presenting the numerous repair methods. Mark is one of the few dually Certified Waterproofing Professionals and Foundation Supportworks Foundation Repair Specialist within the Tri-State area. In the fall of 2005 Mark took on the responsibility of Direct Marketing. Since then he has made numerous presentations to architects, business owners, engineers, home inspection groups, and real estate companies.
