Service Advisors and Direct Marketing

Our Service Advisors will offer you a fair and honest opinion about the best way to solve your water or foundation problem. They will not push you to buy something you don’t need or pressure you to sign a contract. Each of our Service Advisors has continuous training that keeps them up to date with all the newest methods and products for basement waterproofing, crawl space repair and foundation repair. They are held to a high standard of industry knowledge and hold these certifications.

Don Stiffler – Service Advisor

Don StifflerThe owner of the company, Tim Baker (Don's father-in-law) recognized that Don is an honest, hard-working and very capable young man. Baker's Waterproofing is a family operated business and Don fit in perfectly in the organization. Having worked for a contractor supply business after his graduation from college, Don has a background in construction methods.

Don has consulted on and designed waterproofing and foundation repair systems in thousands of homes. His training and experience give him a great advantage when it comes to custom designing the best solution for your problem.



Chris Shrontz – Service Advisor

Chris ShrontzIn 1988, Chris started with the company doing summer work while attending California University of PA. After graduation, he stayed with the company as an installation foreman. His attention to detail and hard work as a foreman made it possible for him to take on the role of Production Manager. Soon after that, he was promoted to his current position as Service Advisor. Chris has been directly involved in thousands of solutions for foundation and water problems and is a friendly advisor and he helps clients feel at ease with their basement waterproofing problems.




Mark Luba – Service Advisor

Mark LubaMark has field experience having installed all of our foundation repair methods. These installations include crawlspace repair, waterproofing, wall anchoring, and piering systems. This hands-on experience gives Mark a great advantage when it comes to custom designing and presenting the numerous repair methods.

In addition to his position as Service Advisor, Mark took on the responsibility of Direct Marketing in the fall of 2005. In this additional role, he is able to focus not only growing our residential business but also on sharing the solutions we offer for commercial structures. His dedication and industry knowledge are easy recognize during his numerous presentations to architects, business owners, engineers, home inspection groups, and real estate companies.

Justin Lowden – Service Advisor

Justin LowdenJustin is the definition of starting at the bottom and working his way up. His first position was a helper on an installation crew. It did not take long for Baker’s to recognize his great problem solving abilities and master installation procedures. As our Top Producing Foreman in 2007, 2008, and 2009, Justin earned his promotion to Service Advisor. He told us that “he does not see himself as a salesman”, but if you need someone to design a solution to a foundation problem he’s the person you want.




Shawn Evans – Service Advisor

Shawn EvansShawn has a great understanding about solving foundation and water problems. He brings a focused, intelligent approach to each job with which he is involved and is a true professional.

Shawn has field experience having participated in installation of all our foundation repair methods. The installations included crawlspace repair, waterproofing, wall anchoring and piering systems. This hands-on experience helped Shawn develop an excellent understanding of custom design solutions.

Work Experience
Jeff joined the Baker’s team 2011.  We recruited him because of his vast experience and knowledge of plumbing as well as overall understanding of residential and commercial construction.  We value experience, so Jeff worked with the installation crews gaining first hand exposure to the install processes of waterproofing, repairing bowed walls and solving foundation settlement.   The additional training from Foundation Supportworks and Basement Systems helps Jeff figure out just about any type of basement issue.

Randy started as an apprentice in residential repair service and installation in 1979. We recruited him because of his vast experience and knowledge of residential and commercial construction, including but not limited to Wastewater, HVAC, and Process Piping.  The additional training from Foundation Supportworks and Basement Systems helps Randy figure out just about any type of basement issue.

Chris Staud – Service Advisor

Chris StaudChris has worked over four years as a General Contractor in the Morgantown area prior to joining the team at Baker’s Waterproofing. His work experience along with his decade of U.S. Army service has allowed him to develop strong problem solving skills and an attention to detail that translates into foundation and water problem solutions.
