Gary Whipkey – Production Manager

Our production team and service team is led by Gary Whipkey. With over 14 years of experience as an installer, foreman and Production Manager, Gary has developed not only a thorough understanding of the products and home repair solutions we offer but also a sense of customer focus that is second to none!

With the ability to balance the highest standard of installation performance and respect for the customer’s concerns and expectations, Gary has become a favorite to not only many customers but many employees here at Baker’s as well.

An incredible asset to the Baker’s team, Gary regularly demonstrates his knowledge, experience and professionalism when seeing Basement Waterproofing and Foundation Repair projects to a successful completion.

Dave Gump – Service Technician

At Baker’s Waterproofing all Service Technicians are required to learn the repair processes by working with the installation crews until a full understanding of the challenges and difficulties is attained.

Known for his friendly approach, Dave is a dually certified professional for both waterproofing and foundation structural repairs.

Production Team

A unique balance of installation skills allows Baker’s to schedule a variety of Basement and Crawl Space Waterproofing and Foundation Repair projects ranging from the most basic to the very unique. Held to high standards for performance, our Production Team continues to demonstrate their abilities on a regular basis.
